What will you be doing in this role:
The Senior ERP Portfolio Manager provides oversight and strategic support for Oracle Cloud (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Payroll) and UKG (Timekeeping & Scheduling) platforms across the health system. This role is responsible for building and sustaining effective demand, prioritization, and resource allocation.
Lead a centralized ERP governance to streamline prioritization, decision-making, and execution cross-functionally.
Own the ERP and UKG roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business needs and EIS capabilities.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and EIS teams to enhance process efficiency and platform optimization.
Facilitate effective executive steering committees and governance forums, providing insights on ERP performance, risks, and opportunity areas.
Develop and scale portfolio and resource management standards including planning, resource management, integration points, and alignment with adjacent service lines and enterprise initiatives.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ERP initiatives-scoping, budgeting, resource planning, activation, and continuous monitoring of portfolio health.
Lead special projects (up to 10%): translating customer needs, meeting results, status reporting, and managing customer relationships and expectations.
This leadership role plays a critical part in ensuring our Oracle Cloud and UKG applications are strategically aligned, efficiently executed, and continuously evolved to support the organization?s mission and operational goals.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
Seven (7) plus years of IT program or portfolio management experience.
Proven record of execution to time and budget in full life cycle healthcare technology implementation projects.
Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP across Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and Payroll (preferred).
Experience with UKG Timekeeping & Scheduling (preferred).
Exceptional skills in executive communication, resource alignment, and cross-functional facilitation.
Educational/Certificate Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED.
Bachelor?s degree in Healthcare, Management, Business or related field, preferred.
