eNGINE is hiring a 100% remote Project Manager with Dynamics 365 implementation experience to support one of our Pittsburgh based thermodynamics manufacturing industry customers. About the role:

Job Description:

As the Project Manager for Dynamics 365 implementation, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and successfully executing our customer's ERP system upgrade. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project resources, and adhere to timelines will be crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure all stakeholders are aware of project goals and deliverables.
• Dynamics 365 Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge and experience with one or more of the following Dynamics 365 modules: Finance & Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain. Be capable of advising and guiding team members on best practices within these modules.
• Manufacturing Focus: If possible, bring expertise in a manufacturing environment, understanding industry-specific challenges and processes. This includes familiarity with manufacturing resource planning (MRP) and production control.
• Resource Management: Ensure that the project is adequately resourced, and that resources are effectively allocated and managed to meet project goals.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, providing mitigation strategies to address potential roadblocks. Proactively address issues as they arise to keep the project on track.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the project meets established standards and quality expectations.
• Communication: Foster transparent and effective communication among project stakeholders, including regular status updates, progress reports, and issue resolution.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budget and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
• Project Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience managing full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365
• Proven experience managing ERP implementations, particularly Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of one or more Dynamics 365 modules: Finance & Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work during EST hours.
