Overview
The Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) has an Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Integration developer opening within its Information Technology Department in the application development (AppDev) team. Under some supervision, the successful candidate is responsible for the design, development, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP integrations, data conversions, and reports with an emphasis on the development of integrations. The ideal candidate will be working closely with customer departments to develop customized applications as requested and responsible for resolving and engaging end-users in troubleshooting issues. Strong verbal and written communication are required.

Responsibilities
Core Duties:
10% - Requirements gathering, documentation of functional specifications.
50% - Design, Develop and maintain the data conversions and integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and the other enterprise applications (Concur, ServiceNow, Maximo, Project Management, OnBase, etc.) in the lab.
20% - Design, Develop and maintain other home-grown applications and with the Fusion Cloud ERP system.
10% - Provide trainings and documentations for function admins.
10% - Backup support for other applications within AppDev Team.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information system, or related field.
3+ years of Oracle Fusion ERP development, integration, and support experience.
5+ years of E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft development, integration, and support experience.
Knowledge of Cloud networking and security technology.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of one end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP development and integration experience.
5+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft application development, integration, and support.
3+ year experience with Cloud native tools like OIC, FBDI, ADFdi, ESS Jobs.
Working knowledge of Oracle Business Process Management (BPM) for Cloud/Fusion ERP (Workflow and approval configuration).
Hands on experience in building integrations or data conversion programs using RESTful and SOAP APIs.
Hands on experience in SQL, XML, Web Services, Java or JavaScript.
Experienced in gathering system requirements, identifying resources, and estimating timelines for project completion.
Experience designing and implementing web services for real-time data integration with SaaS or PaaS solutions.
Experience in troubleshooting the technical components of 3rd party application and its associated back-end processes and integrated applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Government Subcontractors, DOE laboratories and/or higher education computing applications, including web-based applications.
Experience in designing, developing, enhancing, testing, debugging, and deploying integrations and user applications/solutions on Oracle PaaS, such as Visual Builder, Process Builder, Identity Cloud Services (IDCS), or Adapters from Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
Experience with developing system processes, procedures, and practices for maintaining the application systems, and their infrastructure and architecture environments.
Experience integrating with Oracle Fusion Financials application, such as Account Payables (AP), Assets Management, Project/Grant Management, and/or General Ledger (GL).
Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM.
Working experience with Oracle PaaS adapters integration to Concur, and EBS.
Experience with Oracle APEX application development.
Experience with all aspects of the software life cycle and development methodologies.
Experience with GIT, and/or Jira.
Effective organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks and set priorities.
Certificates and Licenses:
Preferred: Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified.
Physical Requirements:
Occasional lifting of IT equipment less than 20lbs such as a desktop tower computer or computer monitor may be required.
Working Conditions:
Flexible work option available up to 90% Remote.
