Job Description: Analyze and design Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software applications in client/server and web-based enterprise application environment for university website and Internet applications. Customize software applications to provide seamless integration for client/server and web-based applications using knowledge of enterprise application development for full software development life cycle (plan, design, build, test, deploy, support). Research and analyze business needs, write technical requirements, prototype graphical user interfaces, develop test plans. Document, test, integrate, debug and support software applications. Collaborate with project manager and customers to interpret business requirements and convert to technical specifications. Guide junior developers. Technical Environment: Oracle Server, Linux, Client/Server, Internet/Intranet, Application Engine; VB, HTML, TCP/IP, Java, Access, Oracle, SQL Server, XML, XSLT, CSS, Web Services, UI Design, SQL, PL/SQL, JavaScript, Eclipse, MS Project, Crystal Reports, PC Reporting, .NET, JSON, web services, Tableau Report Server, typescript, NodeJS, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, C#, SQR, COBOL.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or Computer/Computational field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or in software analysis/development or as an analyst or developer required. Required Skills: Experience in higher education environment analyzing, designing software applications; working with teams to analyze requirements; Oracle Server, SQL, crystal reports, .NET, JSON, web service integrations, HTML, XML, XSLT, CSS, UI Design, PL/SQL, Visual Studio, C#, SQR, COBOL.
