The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Training Lead will work independently and as part of a team to plan, design, develop and enhance a variety of resources and training materials, and deliver both synchronous and asynchronous role-based training programs for the University System of New Hampshireâs global enterprise resource platform (ERP) transformation.The ERP Training Lead is responsible for the evaluation of training needs and developing an effective training strategy for a wide variety of functional disciplines included in the ERP solution, to be delivered to various users on all campuses.
Bachelorâs Degree and any combination of training, education, and documentation experience.5 yearsâ experience of developing and delivering training. (Both postings, but change years of experience)5 yearsâ experience related to ERP System development, consulting and/or training experience.3 years of professional functional finance, budget, payroll, human resources and/or procurement experience including using an ERP system.
