Responsible for managing day to day access control activities for PeopleSoft (PS) applications, with an emphasis in the areas of PS security maintenance, testing, documentation and production support; and coordinating activities with multiple institutions to meet compliance with established policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or associate's degree and 2 years of related experience or high school diploma and 4 years of related experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
3+ years of PeopleSoft Applications access control / security administration experience (specifically in HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions, and Interaction Hub) version 9.2;
1+ years' experience with PeopleTools 8.59+.
Certifications in supported technologies.
7+ years of systems analysis, design, software support and application security in a combination of:
4+ years of PeopleSoft Applications access control / security administration experience (specifically in HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions, and Interaction Hub) version 9.2;
2+ years' experience with PeopleTools 8.59+;
2+ years' experience with relational databases.
Hands on technical involvement with previous PeopleSoft 9.2/PeopleTools 8.59 implementation and upgrade projects.
Use of Phire for version control/change management and Cherwell for ticket management.
Practice with Power BI and Power Automate.
Utilization of Telerik Test Studio or similar testing automation software.
Experience with configuring PeopleSoft Single Sign-On (SSO) and/or LDAP.
Experience configuring integration broker.
Strong understanding of all phases of the application development life cycle and project management disciplines.
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access).
